At Garden of Talents, we understand that plans may change. However, to ensure the best experience for all participants, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies:

Program Refund Policy (Full-Week Sessions)

  • To receive a full refund (minus a $100 cancellation fee), parents must notify the administrative office at least 30 days before the first day of the program session.
  • If you withdraw your child 15-29 days before the start of the program, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you withdraw your child less than 15 days before the start of the program, no refund will be issued.
  • If a transfer to another program is approved, a 25% transfer fee will apply.

Parties & Private Events

  • Private event and party reservations are non-refundable unless canceled with at least 6 weeks’ notice before the scheduled date.
  • If a transfer to another date is approved, a 25% transfer fee will apply.

  • All refund requests must be submitted through our contact form.
  • Refund processing may take up to two weeks.
  • Our administrative team will do their best to accommodate your needs, but please note that accurate attendance counts are essential for planning staffing and materials.
